Thinking about trying with a White Cochin Rooster over a Barred Hen Cochin to see if it's possible to creates Cochin sex links? Does anyone if it is possible? Thank you

It’s possible, as long as the white Cochin doesn’t have the barring gene (which he may.)
You’d have to test the cross to find out.
