cochin with dirt an its eye!!!! HELP!!!!!!!

oi just bought a pair of gold birch cochin the other day from an npip certified breeder. and i brought her home and her one eye is watery and mostly shut but she seems to be active and like a normal chicken, can anybody help me.ineed to know how to get it out

If she will let you, you could put some saline drops in her eye to flush it out. The same saline you would use for a human.
