Cochins Standard v Bantam ?

Is there a difference in the development ( size etc) of the comb, waddle, saddle feathers between the two as far as when they start if roos?

I do not know about the standards, but the Bantam roo began a comb and wattles sooner and it is red at 6 weeks old. My cochin Bantam pullets are now at 7 weeks begining to grow comb and their cheeks are pinking up. My roo has attempted to do the deed with a smaller pullet...not my idea of teenage behavior! lol!
