Cockatiel gender! ! ! HELP

So I recently got my baby cockatiel he/she was born on april 12th so it's almost 4 months old! I was just wondering if there was any way to figure out her/his sex? I know it won't be 100% but I would just like to know haha.

So it talks\chirps all the time! My family says it whistles early in the morning but they could be confusing whistling for something else I don't know and here are pictures!

Only one showed up, but if you take a black light under her wings/tail, if spots show up then girl. If none show up, boy.

Can't tell (easiest with a blacklight ) but based on the behavior I'd say boy

Could I use a Led light? Like does it have to be a specific thing?

Defiantly a boy! Girls are usually quiet and boys chirp day ad night

Does the bird actually talk-- human words (or try to make human words)?
