Cockeral talking To me as if i'm a hen

I have had hens call me over to food,peep at me,but never a rooster.

Every time I say here chick chick chick he begins tidbitting for me.Will he start doing other roosterly things towards should I eat him?

Make sure that he always moves out of your way; make a point of walking 'through' him, never around. Walk through him when he tries the 'tidbitting' thing for you. How old is he? See how things develop over the next few months, and next spring, if he's good this year. Mary

Yes, He is Dominating you.
Send him off and away from you every single time he comes into your space...That should be a 6 foot length between you and the Rooster. He does not want to be your friend.

He is not an aggressive little guy.He doesn't really tidbit for me,he just talks to me,which I have had hens do.Yes he will move out my way.

As long as he's not aggressive, don't worry about it.
If he gets aggressive and gets to where he wont back down from you (or any other human), then put him in the soup pot.
