Cockerel from the bantam bin - EE?

This young cockerel (about 4 months old) came from the TS bantam bin. I'm guessing he's an Easter Egger...is there anything else he might be? I can get more pics if it would be helpful.

Thanks! Figured that's what he is, but I've never had an EE bantam before...Honestly, we haven't had bantams since I was a kid, so the mixed bin bantam fun has been a great adventure in learning bantam breeds for me this year.
