Cockerel or hen? Breed or gended

This is a blue jersey giant. About 3 and a half months old now. I've been trying to get answers but haven't had too much luck yet. Anyway... Is it a cock or a hen. And are the dark feathers on ITS back Seattle feathers?

I don't know the breed but, I am leaning toward pullet. Have you tried posting photos at "what breed or gender is this."
