Cockerel or Pullet?

Hello -

I have two four-month-old rhode island red chickens, both of which I believed were female - now I'm not so sure, since they have very different wattles/combs.

Can you get a better picture of the second bird?

What breed? First bird has round saddle feathers so I say hen. It looks like the same for the second. Hens combs get red when they get close to laying age.
