Cockerel or pullet?

Hello!

I need help identifying whether this little one is a cockerel or pullet. I’m not used to this type of breed, and it’s the only one that hatched of this type. It’s about 10 weeks old and hasn’t crowed yet, and we haven’t caught it in a fight. It’s very calm. I would guess that it’s a rooster considering the large comb, but I would love to hear some opinions!

I'd say Cockerel at that age and color pattern, looks to have some sort of EE or Cream Lebar maybe mix?
