Cockerel or Pullet?

Poppy is almost 12 weeks old and I'm not sure if she's (hopefully she) is a pullet or not.

Okay, thanks you! Its been a long time since I've seen a RIR pullet or cockerel. So the tail feathers kinda alarmed me.
