I mean it does look a bit fowl *excuse the pun* but you don’t know what people are going through and you can’t assume that they don’t care for their birds.

I agree. The birds themselves look pretty healthy, even if there is quite a lot of poop. Not saying that coop doesn't definitely need a clean, but you shouldn't go around shaming people.
