Cockerel snoring loudly

Hi all! I have a 4 months old cockerel who just started to let out some snoring noises late afternoon today. I thought maybe some yogurt got in his nose when he was eating it so I didn’t pay much attention. It sounded like someone’s blowing bubbles in a cup of water as he breathes out. I just went to lock up the coop and he’s legit snoring and very loudly. I did hear him “cough” a handful of times this afternoon and evening. No discharge from anywhere, he was eating and acting normal, didn’t seem to be lethargic. No other chickens (9 others) have any symptoms. Could this be a respiratory infection? Should I quarantine him? Should I start using antibiotics? Their water always had ACV, plain yogurt is offered a few times a week, coop was cleaned last week and we use pine shavings. Any advice is appreciated! We are new to chicken keeping. All of our chickens are healthy and free ranged.
Thank you!
The picture was him today in the yard right before I started hearing snoring noises.

If it’s an infection does it mean its pointless to separate him from the others? Since everyone would already be exposed to the save virus/bacteria? Should antibiotics be used or watch for symptoms for now? Thank you!
If this bird has it and he is with the rest of the flock it’s safe to assume that they all have it. Antibiotics can be used if the symptoms persist or if the bird worsens. The chickens will be carriers for life. @KikisGirls can explain it to you better.

No point in separating him...they are all already exposed to what ever it is.
Can you get a video of the sound he is making?
