Cockerel still afraid of her mother

My almost 7 months old cockerel still afraid of hen ( his mother )
He chases neighbours hens ( older than his mother ) and also mating with them.

But at home what is happening
He is running away from her
Get beaten by her
Feather plucked by her

When will this stop ? Or this will happen in future too.
Any advice ??

Hard to say.
The difference is the mother(did she hatch him?) is in his home flock,
the other hens are not.
How many birds do you have?
Why do you not keep your birds confined to your yard?
