Cockerel wont hold up head all the way, Advise please?

Hello, Ok I have a cockerel he is now 8 months old.

He is hyper ,and energetic, eats drinks, poop is normal.
But he wont put his head all the way up.
He moves it and moves his neck with no problem, It looks as if he keeps his chin to his neck.
We looked in his thought, there is nothing abnormal there, He has no discharge of the nose eyes or mouth.
He just started this last night.

Any idea on what could cause this?

I wish I knew. You could always try poultry vitamins or some electrolytes in his water.

Sounds like a vitamin deficiency. Others will give great information. Just be patient.

Yea, I dont think it is serius, he actully look a tad bit better.
I gave him some suger in his water.
