Can anyone help I'm asking for a friend, he ask if he got rid of his dominant cockerel well the next Cockerell become dominant and start crowing as only one is crowing thanks any help appreciated:)

Yes, I'm surprised the 2nd ranking isn't crowing already.
My sister has 50 chickens and 3 roosters. All 3 crow.
How old is the 2nd ranking cockerel?
My concern would be that if he is a young cockerel he will be more physical for mating than the older experienced cockerel is and the ladies may get beat up a bit more.

Yes, it's likely.
Just went thru this, had 3 cockerels, 2 were terrors, but only 1 of them crowed, the 3rd was incredibly docile and submissive.
Got rid of the 2 terrors and within a week or so the 3rd was crowing and mounting.
He's gone now too.
