Cockerels or pullets?

Ok…I was just double (or triple) checking since someone told me there might be one. So just the darker red comb on an EE indicates a cockerel?

At their age, yes. Same goes for other breeds too. Looking back, they were really red really fast.

Well, I did it again but this time it wa totally organic….I have roo now so when my Delaware went broody, I just let her do her thing. Out of 5 eggs, I got 2 hatches. They are currently 8 weeks old. One hatched 5/24 and one hatched 5/26. I think I have 1 cockerel and one pullet but I’d like opinions from those more versed in sexing than I am. I think this one is a cockerel. I’ll send pics of the other next.

And this one is mom to the darker chick that I think is a pullet. Dad’s behind the hanging romaine stem.
