Hi, I have 2 cream legbars cockerels I’m trying to rehome. They are about 13 weeks and I’ve raised them since they were chicks they may even be brothers. One of them is crowing more than the other and runs from me when I try to pet/pick up. The other one I’ve heard crow once or twice but doesn’t crow in the mornings like the other. This one is super sweet has been the sweetest of the whole bunch since day 2-3 and likes to be picked up. He did jump on my husbands back one time and we thought it was cute until we learned it was a bad thing lol
Can anyone explain what their behavior means? If I decide to keep one I’m leaning towards keeping the friendly one but I read somewhere that usually the ones that run away from you end up being friendlier. Idk just curious to know what their behavior means. Not really sure if we’re up to the challenge of keeping once since we’re new chicken keepers. Currently have 1 pullet also raised her with them. And 6 , 6 week old chicks in a brooder..
