Cockerels rehomed!

I was prepared to process my surprise 3 cockerels, but a last minute stay of exacution happened! I really didn’t expect anyone to want my cockerels. My cousin called and said her father n law was looking for a few young cockerels for his flock. Came and picked up today! A friend of mine has a few extra hens and I will be starting the integration process. Luckily all about the same age- 12 weeks.

Sweet!!

I just lucked out last week and had someone buy three 12wo cockerels.
Crated them for some flock peace, so took pics, posted on local FB group and they were gone in an hour and I had 10 bucks in my pocket. I was ecstatic!

Now the 8wo's are tuning up and occasionally grabbing their hatch mates....probably won't get that lucky again, but will try.
