Hello,

I currently have four roosters living in their own coop/run. No hens in sight. They are 15 weeks old. The one who I believe is the lowest in the pecking order always pecks my feet in sandals and actually holds on. It kind of hurts lol. Is this considered aggression? Or what is he doing?!

Aggression, are you sure they can't see the hens? He might just be trying to assert himself in pecking order.

Yes I’m sure. I’m kind of new to chickens. Is it normal for them to peck me??

It's aggression and may escalate to flogging. Hormones are high now and teen age antics may develop. Some roosters improve others get worse. Good luck.
