Coco the miracle duck (tw eye injury and skull fracture)

Coco was a rescue that was hit by a car that we got a call for to pick up. He was very sickly and lartherigic we knew that most skull fractures kill birds and cause severe neurological issues, but we waited 42 hours to see if he would get any better it was a miracle he got better. He was abandoned so he was likely looking for people and got hit. His eye was badly infected and you couldn't even tell by just looking that he still had it it looked like he was missing it. His skull was crushed by a large impact and split the top and cheek and scalped his bill, he had a hole in his skull were the break didn't perfectly line up but that also healed somehow. He doesn't have any nurological issues at all and is perfectly healthy, he has good sight on his bad eye and has been off of eye drops for a month.
