Cold Eggs... :-(

I have 2 broodies. I is in a dog crate and the other is sitting in the nesting box. (she wouldnt move).

I went to the coop this afternoon and she was sitting on another egg in another nest. Her original nest and 6 eggs were cold. I have been having a problem where she would get off to eat and someone else would get on. Im guessing that happened and she got into another nest. Then the other chicken got up.

Are my chances shot? She was on day 9.

Thanks for your post! I did put her back on the eggs and soon as I saw her off. Im really not sure about the temp. I think I am going to try to put her back in the cage tomorrow and see how it goes!
