I ordered a hygrometer so I can incubate some of my hen’s eggs. It’ll get here in 2 days. I wanna know if I can still incubate my hen’s eggs even though it’s been down to the low 40’s and back up to like 70 in the same day. Are they still viable or do I need to wait for a different set of eggs?

They will be fine, just keep them in a cool place until you are ready to set them, you can keep them up to a week just fine, after that they start losing hatchability
