Right now I have 18 chicks divided up among two storage bin brooders, with more chicks set to hatch next weekend. I need more brooder space! I've looked through the brooder thread, trying to get inspiration, but I'm not sure how to do what I want.

I need a brooder big enough for 15-20-ish chicks at a time.
It needs to be collapsible or easily broken down for storage (we have no garage and storage space is minimal)
Closed sides to minimize dust.
Reasonably lightweight.
Maximum 48" wide. I'm thinking 4'x4' wide, 2-3' tall?
Very inexpensive materials to be used, we just had to replace our entire septic system.

Dust - The brooder is in our living area, in the same room as a TV, computers, etc. Dust is an issue. Even with the storage bins dust is getting everywhere. Is there anything else I can do to reduce it? Would windowscreen over the hardware mesh help?

So, what would you make it out of? How would you make it so it can be easily broken down and easily cleaned? I was thinking maybe a basic 1x2 wooden frame with melamine sides and bottom, then a wire mesh top on a hinge? Though how would I build it so it breaks down easily? Any other ideas?
