Collecting eggs for incubation

Hi, I'm collecting eggs for my next batch to incubate. Yesterday or day before I placed a couple eggs large side down in an egg crate, is it too late to put them large side up with the rest? tks

No, as long as they don't get jostled they're just fine.
In fact, rather than turning eggs in storage, if storing long term, it's best to have them large end down to center the yolk.

Just like during incubation, the eggs should be turned 2 or 3 times a day.
