color & breed ID

I am hoping someone can give me some ideas on breed,color of this pullet/roo?
It is 9 weeks old,clean slate colored legs,and no tail.

I bought eggs on here,the post said

you will get any of the folling combinations:Silver laced polish, golden laced polish, black with white or blue and white polish, silkie, frizzle cochin, turken ,cuckoo maran, partridge cochin, or welsummer eggs.

I am happy with what I got ,just would like to maybe know who is what.

That bird.. In my opinion doesn't resemble any of the breeds listed. Im not sure on the color.

What color is its skin? And what kind of comb does it have? Coloring looks like a partridge cross. I am thinking partridge parent. But no feathers, on legs, so that rules out the silkie x cochin I was thinking. Do you know what color the egg was it hatched from?

They have to carry two genes to get naked neck if I am not mistaken. Like in Ganoi fowl. You can have a clean neck, a bow-tie, or a feathered neck.

Here is a front shot,the egg was a creamy-peach? the skin is colored like the legs.

I'm sorry the skin is not dark,it's just like my RIR. Roo or Hen?

It looks very welsummerish but the blue legs are all wrong.

If the skin is black he is a silkie cross with a welsummer possibly. But if the skin is dark, its a silkie cross with something, maybe not the wellie

I'm thinking it's polish x welsummer or turken.
