Color sexing....possible with cross breeds only??

I have a question about color sexing new chicks. I thought I read this could only be done with cross breeding. Is that true? I am hatching Black Copper Marans, Blue Orpingtons, Buff Orpingtons, Golden Lakenvelders, Silver Spangled Hambergs, and White Emprdansea. Will I be able to sex them based on color after they hatch?

Not really.

Color sexing is done with cross breds:
RIR roo x BR hen = black sex links (female chicks are solid black, male chicks have white spot on their head)
RIR roo x Delaware hen = red sex link (female chicks will be red, males will be white)
RIR roo x White rock hen = amber link

If you have Wheaten colored birds, the females feather in a buff color and the males are more colorful, but you can't tell until the feathers start growing in.

Salmon Faverolles can be sexed by colors. Your breeds would be extremely hard to not even possible for coloration when it comes to sexing.

You can also color sex barred (plymouth rocks) or cuckoo (marans, dominiques), and welsummers.

I don't think you can. My Partridge Penedesencas can be sexed (usually) by lighter chicks-males, darker chicks-female, but we'll see how accurate that is
