Is it possible for a blue Cochin roo and hen to have a black Cochin chick?

Here is a photo...about 4 mos. old. I assume it is a rooster.

Thank you. That is very funny...she just hatched 4 chicks last week and 3 are blue and 1 is black! So is it considered a black cochin or a blue?

It's considered black because it is black.
