Colorado Springs HOA issues

Hello

I am new to this site and new to raising chickens. We have 3 cinnamon queens we got at 4 weeks old in June and they just started laying. Now we received a letter from our HOA regarding them not being allowed. Although legal in the city does the HOA have any right to take away a food source from us? (clean plenty of room not dirty etc are laws followed there of course)

Please message me if you have any suggestions.

Hello and welcome.

Read carefully through the HOA document that you signed. If it says no in the document and you signed it then you might have trouble fighting it. If it is not mentioned in the contract then you should be able to fight it without problems.
