Columbian Rock Roo?

I am pretty darn certain this guy is a roo, but I just want to double check. We got 4 and low and behold one appears to be very Roo like. Also does anyone know if there is anyone in ontario that would be interested in a columbian rock roo? Otherwise its off to the chopping block for him.

Second chick in does look like a cockerel - time will tell the tale for sure.

The two in the back look like pullets and so does the one in the front, but the second one looks like a roo.
