comb and wattle size

I have 4 cochin x buff orpington chicks who are 7 weeks old and was wondering if I should be able tell if they boys or girls at this age, all their combs are really small and only a pinky red at base near beak, their wattles are only lines and not starting to dangle, all the other pics of cochins or orps that I see at 7 weeks have definite red combs and wattles

try looking to see any spur growth that should tell you and by 8 weeks you should hear a crow or 2.
