Comb detached

i noticed my one year old hen started losing feathers on her head. Didn't think anything of it. The older chickens pick on her. Then I noticed a few weeks later the back of her comb is detached about 1/4". Any suggestions of what this is or what I should do?

Is she still being picked on? If only 1/4" it should re-heal as long as the others are leaving it alone.

I don't know why she is losing feathers, but I have a couple completely normal chickens who have the back fourth of their comb not attached to their head. Was it always detached? Also pics night help.
