Comb is a pale color

I have a golden laced Wyandotte her wattles are very pale and have been this way for several months, and she is over a year old and still has not layed a egg? Is this normal she eats good, and has a very clean coop, and free ranges during the day only. Any advise would be great.

Have you checked for mites or worms? That can cause a pale comb and no laying.
