Comb Questions

I have a black australorp. She is around 7 months old. When I went out this morning I noticed that she has a cut on her comb. I was wondering what I should put on it, if anything at all. Vaseline? Polysporin?
Also, It went down to -14C last night. And I see that the very tips of her comb are white. -14C is not the coldest it will get this winter. It could get past -30C. What should I do to help her comb???

First clean her wound and put nesporin or wound healer on it. Then put petroleum jelly (vaseline) on all your chickens comb to prevent frostbite.
