Comb

Some breeds/individuals - especially the Mediterranean breeds - have large normally flopped over combs. If a hen's comb is normally upright and becomes pale and flopped over it can indicate health issues.

Nope, the comb typically just flops over when it is very long. Such as in the leghorn chicken. You only have to start worrying if the chicken's comb turns black or has black dots on it. As long as the comb stays red you should be fine.

Has she been broody or inside a lot lately? I've noticed that mine get flopped combs when they're brooding. I think it's a sunlight thing like a flower
