if i order chicks from 2 different hatcheries delivered about 2 days apart!, can i put them in the same brooder, or do i have to quarintine them ?

no quarantine neccessary. That is only if you get a chicken from another person who has been outside exposed to other chickens which may have a disease. (the chicken, not the person...lol...)

Yep they will not know the differance and they will be hatchlings together and only know what is. Two groups from two reputable farms or breeders should not be a problem.
