Community Nest

My Guineas have a community nest in their coop and has probably 30 or more eggs. Will the girls start incubating soon or will they just continue laying ?

In my mixed flock the guineas never sat on eggs, but two chickens went seriously broody and the guineas seemed content to delegate incubating duties to their two cousins. Things got complicated as other birds would lay in the two brooding nest boxes when the broodies went out for their brief jaunts to forage one or two times a day, but I ended up hatching 11 out of 17 eggs that way.
