Completely Stumped on what breed!

I got a 10 brown layer assortment and 5 rare breed assortment from My Pet Chicken. I've been able to determine almost all except for this one! She has always been different from the rest since I received them and I notice her feathers growing up on her head. She is 4 weeks old. And I think she's a she. Thanks for any info on identifying her breed.
