Compost Treat

I started giving my girls a scoop or two of compost every day to pick through and find the bugs and worms. This way I don't feel so guilty about not letting them go free in the yard and destroy my garden. They LOVE it!!

that's great fun for a chicken, sometimes I dig holes and turn the soil in the run, and we have rocks we turn over, delicious dirt.
