Concerned about a chicken!

I have no idea what is wrong with one of my hens... Her head and legs have turned a yellow color, she is all puffed out, and she is becoming more lethargic day by day... Any ideas as to what this is?

Welcome to BYC. With skin turning yellow it could be a sign of liver disease. In chickens who are internal layers or who have egg yolk peritonitis, this can happen. Is her abdomen full like there is fluid collecting. Had she ever been overweight? Fatty liver disease is common i overweight chickens.
