Concerned about Temperature

I have been observing the behavior of my Cornish roasters and don’t like what I see. They are laying with their legs spread out and when you pick them up, they’re HOT! I turned the heat lamp off a couple of days ago and the temp remains about 80 or so. They’re just a couple weeks old. I don’t want anything to happen. Any advice? Are they ready to go out in the big pen soon?

If it's 80 out side, they can go out no problem at like 3 weeks old. They eat alot and generate lots of heat. Watch for heat stroke though.
