Concerned for my little chick

Ok so lets start off by mentioning that this chick got attacked by something outside of the run , while she was in the run. She was completely blind, and you could see where her head had been pecked almost revealing her brain. I have nursed her back to really good health , but she does this thing where, she will keep going in circles and she will make her self dizzy. I just don't know if I should let her live her life like thst or what? Just need dome personal advice on what to do!

It will not get better possibly worse. Once the damage is done to the brain tissue it can heal so it looks fine visually and they are alive, but the underlying damage cannot be undone.
