Long story short, my sister and I went to pick up four RIR hens. When we got them home and looked them over really well, we were pretty sure that one of them was a male. The comb and wattles were a lot bigger than on the other three. I decided to put him up for sale since I don't need anymore roosters, but after posting his picture I have been told that he might actually be a she. So now I am just confused. Opinions please

She's female. Some hens just grow larger combs and wattles than others at adulthood. She has no evidence of male feathering. She's simply a mature female, she looks much older than the other pullet in the picture. Also, those aren't RIR. They look more like sex links.

Wow. Had no idea they were sex links, we were told they were RIR. Oh well, they are very pretty and fairly easy going so I'm not disappointed that they both get to stay. Thanks
