I agree with @sourland. Looks like a poor quality Silkie to me. Very likely a male. Your not serious...$90?!?! That's a $3-$5 bird in my area. What area are you in? Antarctica lol?

I Googled Hariri rooster and only 2 pictures popped up but they look nothing like that. It looks like a partridge silkie hen to me.

Its a rooster and yes 90 bucks the hens are more lol im in israel other breeds sell for 45 bucks brahmas are 65 a pop i dont know why they sky rocketed the price we call them baladi chickens same thing as back yard chickens
