I gave mine grower/finisher and provided oyster shell for the older hens. The hens who need the calcium will get it themselves. I read on here this was a good way to do it. I had no problems but mine were only a couple months apart. I would do it this way again just cause I know it works.
As you don't have an inbetween it might be best to get a flock raiser and add oyster shell on the side for the older birds. GOOD LUCK!!
