Containers

I have the chance of using some very nice, clean, black containers that are made of HDPE #2. Can anyone tell me if this type of plastic would be ok to use for chicken feed storage?

I keep my chicken feed in plastic trash cans. I never put much thought into it before. Now, I am going to worry about it.

Should be Ok. They make milk jugs out of that.
