Converting old playset into coop/run

I want to convert our old swing set/play house coop and run. My husband says too trashy. Anyone else ever done this? I can find swing sets, but not the duel swing set play house. We have 8 hens that are growing fast and he wants tractor. Ideas?

Well my husband said no, but we are going to use the roof and build a coop using that. Wish us luck.
