Coop Ala treadle feeder - any user here?

We're setting up our first coop and considering our feeder options. One would be this treadle feeder:

I use a treadle feeder in my coop and to be honest its amazing. Its a different brand though- was made in Europe I think.

snakes are a HUGE problem at our house- both the highly venomous Aussie types and chook-eating pythons. Rodent Proof feeding was a must-have and this feeder has been amazing. Totaly waterproof despite our monsoon rains and holds 12kg of feed. They made a larger model as well that would hold an entire 20kg bag.

I was hesitant to buy one bc of the price but wonder now how I lived without one!

I sort of cheat to keep feed cleaned up. I got a duck. He free ranges all day with the chickens and at night he cleans up all the feed in the run that the others kick out of the feeders.
