Coop build idea and questions

I am decently handy, the only part of this project I am concerned about is the roof area. Luckily my cousin is a contractor and could provide some guidance/ lend a hand to get me through that part. Unfortunately I don’t really have a budget in mind, I have collected all the lumber I will need for free and from the wood racks I am taking down with access to more lumber if needed. Just need to get hardware cloth, roofing, T1-11 siding,hinge hardware and maybe some staples. I’m sure there are other materials I will need but have a lot of that here and there at my house just need to do an inventory.

dont use staples they eventually work out... for hardware cloth its best to use screws and washers.... I know more expense....

Fencing staples (u shaped nails) work fine, just frustrating sometimes.

I've also seen pneumatic or electric staple guns that drive a much beefier staple, I imagine they'd be fine.
