coop exteriors?

Howdy all, what are some good economic choices for exterior walls/roof on a coop. siding, plywood with exterior paint, or any other ideas? My wife demands this thing looks nice but i dont want to break the bank either. thanks

I used left over dog ear fencing to side it looks barnish and its treated so no rot for a while
