After 4 weekends and some weeknights of hard labor we are done! Well..... For the most part anyways. We are thinking about moving our 3 week old chicks out there TODAY! We will have a heat lamp for the nights for them. They have been in the garage in a utility trailer and my husband wants his garage back. I brought them out to the enclosed run supervised for a few hours yesterday and they just loved it. Dug around in the dirt and laid in the sun. We are going to cover the run with aviary netting and have a few minor touches to add. Coop is 8 x 8 and the run is 12 x 40. I hope the girls enjoy their new home.
